Low FODMAP Snacks

We started low-FODMAP in the summer. Tummy troubles or not, kids snack a million times in the summer.

Snack ideas:
Quaker plain rice cake
Popcorn (I use the skinny pop)
Fruit (but watch serving sizes)
Vlasic kosher dill pickles made with sea salt
Lays potato chips
Lactose free yogurt
Homemade granola using maple syrup
